While there’s a strong possibility it may be an early Dutch rose cut, the setting conceals any definitive confirmation without removal. What is certain, however, is the diamond’s spellbinding brilliance—reminiscent of sunlight dancing across the surface of the ocean at dusk. Weighing approximately 1 carat, the diamond is bezel-set in silver within its original Georgian mount, paired with a 14k yellow gold band.
